Hot dogs
mustard
meat rub of your choice
maple syrup (optional)
brown sugar
⅔ stick butter, cubed
½ bottle BBQ sauce
Toss the hot dogs with mustard & your favorite rub.
Smoked at 225°F for an hour, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add the brown sugar, maple syrup (optional), butter & BBQ sauce. Toss everything until it’s well-coated.
Crank the heat up to 300°F+, and smoke for an additional 30 minutes.
